HOME PAGE

• Assignments: For tracking your homework and assignments given in class.
  • Put in the name, subject and due date of that assignments, which is linked to the timeline below.
  • You can add this using the phone page, the block is synchronized.
  • The This week block is linked to the schedule page, but will be shown for the present week on the home page.

SCHEDULE

• schedule your classes, due dates, and tests
• The lectures are recurring, which means it repeats creating it self every week, on Saturday.
• You can also add your test date or other important dates in here. (default: test)

IN CLASS

• Objective: To take notes or anything you want in the class that day.

• Each gallery represents a block from the schedule’s calendar, which is linking.

FOCUS MODE

PHONE

• Objective: You could write down a few things that you wanted on your phone with this page, which is connected to the homepage

  • Quick Assignment registration

Adding subject can be done in the assignment from the home page. Just write down the subject under the “subject header” it will automatically add a new subject into the data.

If you’ve read through my product tour, you will notice that there is a recurring event. I recommend you to connect your school google calendar with notion calendar would be easier to track classes and lectures.

The thing is for this schedule, is to plan the week ahead. My homepage has put out just 1 week for planning, but if there is a test coming up ahead of 1 week, add it on the schedule page.

1. Click on the arrow beside “New”.

1. This should pop up, now click on the 3 dots > Edit on each lectures to change the title, date and time.

1. You should now be able to change the template of each lectures. Now customize your title of the subject and change the time as you want.

1. If it’s not enough you should add more lectures by duplicate the old one, or if there’s too much lectures, then feel free to delete.
